**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
Lotus People are delighted to be assisting in the recruit for a temporary Corporate Receptionist with one of our favourite, well-respected investment firms, that has some truly stunning and buzzing offices, based in the centre of Sydney’s CBD.**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a professional Corporate Receptionist with immaculate customer service skills and a proactive mindset. You will be sitting Front of House, working alongside another assistant, supporting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the front of house.**DUTIES**
- Meet and greet any clients with a 5* customer service
- Answer incoming calls efficiently
- Maintain a clean and well presented front of house and kitchen area
- Order kitchen and office supplies
- Manage meetings room bookings for external and internal
- Assist the EA to CEO with adhoc admin and event support

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience within a corporate environment is highly desirable
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

**SUMMARY**
Essentially to be successful in this role, you will be confident, professional and have a proactive mindset, which will see you assisting in any way you can, to provide a seamless running of the front of house area. You will be placed front of house, in the beautifully designed office, providing a 5* customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. You will have the ability to work autonoously, but also be able to use your team player skills to work in hand with the office assistant where necessary. This role is to start on 6th June and will run for 10 weeks, to cover annual leave.
