The Product Manager role here is responsible for defining, building, and optimising products that align with the company's strategic vision and customer needs. This role works cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure product initiatives align with overall company objectives.

Product Planning & Execution

  • Translate high-level strategy into detailed requirements, data models, and user stories.
  • Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, customer support) to ensure product success.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product progress, risks, and opportunities.

Data & Performance Tracking

  • Define success metrics and track product performance against goals.
  • Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.

Go-to-Market & Adoption

  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market plans.
  • Ensure smooth product launches and measure adoption and retention.
  • Drive customer engagement through product enhancements.

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Figma).
  • Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Customer-first mindset with an ability to balance user needs and business priorities.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role with coaching available
  • Proven track record of managing a product through its lifecycle.
  • Experience working in [industry/domain — e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech].

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Achievement of product roadmap milestones.
  • Customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT).
  • Product adoption and retention rates.
  • Revenue or engagement metrics tied to the product.
