About The Position
As a Clinical Practice Lead, you will provide clinical support to our multidisciplinary teams delivering mental health services through the HASI, CLS-R and Next Steps programs. This role ensures efficient, safe, high-quality service aligned with best practice guidelines. Working closely with the Manager, Service Managers and external stakeholders, this position will also develop recovery-focused and evidence-based psychosocial services that achieve positive outcomes for our consumers.

The location for this position is flexible and be able to be based out of our Wollongong, Nowra or Ulladulla hubs.

This is a part-time opportunity (hours are negotiable), fixed term to 30 June 2026 with possibility of extension.

We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, occupational therapist, or accreditation with AASW as a mental health social worker
  • Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience in mental health service delivery
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical experience in assessments, intervention planning, and referrals
  • Proven leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team setting
