The Clinical Nurse Consultant provides expert clinical advice to young people, carers and other health care professionals with complex healthcare needs within the Shoalhaven Child Adolescent Youth Mental Health Service (CAYMHS).

The Clinical Nurse Consultant is a clinical expert who, through leadership, facilitates excellence in research based clinical practice, education, research and professional leadership. The Clinical Nurse Consultant models the CORE (Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment) values of the organisation.

In the Shoalhaven, on Dharawal and Yuin Country, ISLHD operate three hospital sites: David Berry Hospital, Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital and Milton Ulladulla Hospital.

• Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Minimum five years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least three years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field and post graduate qualifications relevant to the field of practice.
• Valid NSW Drivers Licence
