Contracts Advisor – Mining Contractor

Temp to Perm

A well-established mining contractor with a strong reputation for teamwork, integrity, and delivering results is seeking a motivated Contracts Advisor to join their friendly Commercial team. This role supports day-to-day contract administration across multiple mining operations.

The Opportunity

This is an ideal role for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who enjoys working with detail in a fast-paced commercial environment. You'll play a key part in managing contract documentation, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure compliance with company and client requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare, review, and process subcontract and supplier agreements in line with company standards
  • Maintain contract registers, variation logs, and supporting documentation
  • Track key contract dates, deliverables, insurances, and correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to the Contracts and Project teams (filing, reporting, document control)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth and accurate communication
  • Assist with the preparation of procurement and tender documents when required

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in commercial/administration, contracts administration, or procurement support (mining or construction experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
  • A genuine interest in learning how contract processes contribute to project success
