We are seeking a highly accomplished Director to lead and represent a landmark $40M multi-residential apartment development for a private development company.

About the Role

Our board has successfully structured the opportunity and secured strong investor interest. Funding is available through both commercial lending and a syndicate, however we recognise that the current leadership team requires the depth, credibility, and proven track record of an experienced professional to give funders full confidence and drive the project to completion.

About You

We are looking for a leader with:

  • A proven track record in delivering multi-residential apartment projects, ideally at scale ($30M+).
  • Strong investor relations and stakeholder management expertise.
  • A commercial and strategic mindset, able to balance vision with practical delivery.
  • Well-established networks within the property, finance, and construction sectors.
