Project Consultant – Commercial Furniture Sales

Hours: Full Time, Monday–Friday
About the Role
Join Aidacare's Furniture Division (FHG) — one of Australia's leading providers of commercial and healthcare furniture solutions.
As a Project Consultant, you'll play a key role in developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering innovative furniture and interior solutions across the Aged Care, Retirement, Health, and other accommodation related sectors.
You'll represent FHG with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring every customer interaction supports our mission to be their "business of choice."
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through research and relationship building across various market sectors.
- Prepare tenders, quotes, and proposals that showcase FHG's furniture design and fit-out capabilities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with interior designers, architects, and other key stakeholders to support their projects.
- Collaborate with Aidacare sales teams to uncover furniture opportunities within the broader client base.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other Aidacare products and coordinate with Equipment Specialists.
- Manage your own customer contact cycle and maintain accurate reporting of sales activities.
- Participate in regular product training to stay up to date with FHG's product range.
- Achieve set sales budgets and KPIs related to growth and gross margin.

Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Previous Experience: Proven background in commercial furniture project sales and coordination, with an understanding of the end-to-end project cycle.
- Solutions Mindset: Ability to guide clients through design and finishes selections to achieve outstanding functional and aesthetic outcomes.
- Excellent Communication: Clear, professional, and engaging in both written and verbal forms.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Genuine passion for helping customers and providing tailored solutions.

- Sales & Business Development Skills: Proven ability to meet targets and convert opportunities.
