What You'll Actually Be Doing

Contributing to daily operations

– Work as part of the management team to keep everything running smoothly across dining room, terrace, and sun deck areas

Developing venue management skills

– Build experience with reservations, scheduling, supplier coordination, and the strategic thinking that drives successful operations

Supporting and leading your team

– Be the approachable leader that staff turn to for guidance, using your hospitality experience to mentor others while growing your own leadership abilities

Managing guest experiences

– Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complex situations, applying your service background to create exceptional outcomes
