We're looking for an Assistant Manager ready to take charge, lead with energy and grow their career at either The Office Hotel or The Haymarket Hotel – two iconic CBD venues.

About the Venues
The Office Hotel – A high-energy sports bar and bistro known for its vibrant atmosphere, fast-paced service and strong food & bev trade.
The Haymarket Hotel – Right in the heart of the city's nightlife, where buzzing city vibes meet epic food, cold drinks and unforgettable nights.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and inspiring front-of-house teams across bar, dining & gaming
Running the show: opens, closes, cash-ups, banking & stock control
Creating memorable customer experiences that keep people coming back
Mentoring your crew and helping them grow
Keeping standards high – compliance, stock and service excellence
About You
6+ months in a leadership or supervisory role in hospitality (12+ months a bonus)
A natural communicator with strong people skills
Thrive in fast-paced environments and love leading from the front
NSW RSA & ARCG certifications (essential)
