Due to this exciting pipeline, a permanent position now exists for an experienced Project Manager with commercial fitout and refurbishment experience.

Your new role

  • Day-to-day management of projects
  • Stakeholder / End User management
  • Preparation of reports and documentation
  • Liaise with statutory authorities for approvals and certificates
  • Responsible for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Achieve project progress that is in line with contractual requirements
  • Representing at project meetings

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or Property
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management
  • Preferably at least 3+ years of work experience working as a project manager
  • Excellent presentation and client-facing abilities
  • Full working rights within Australia
