As part of their growing sales team, you will have the opportunity to represent premium fluid power brands, offering tailored solutions that meet complex customer needs. The Opportunity & Key Responsibilities

  • Apply your technical knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems to provide tailored, solution-focused sales
  • Engage with key decision-makers, understanding complex application requirements to deliver value-added products
  • Identify and develop opportunities within industrial, mining, manufacturing, and construction sectors where advanced fluid power solutions are critical
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to customise solutions that meet specific technical challenges
  • Lead the sales process from technical consultation through to negotiation and closing, demonstrating your expertise and professionalism
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay ahead of industry trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor and industry expert

Skills & Experience Needed

  • Proven external sales experience, ideally within industrial, hydraulic, or technical product markets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to deepen product knowledge
  • Self-driven and results-focused with excellent time management abilities
  • Ability to travel within your sales region, with a valid driver's license

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: $85,000 to $105,000
