About the Role

As the Marketing Manager – Under Bonnet, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand vision across the Specialist Networks Group. You'll manage the lifecycle of Private Label brands, develop go-to-market strategies, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns that drive demand and growth. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand activation and customer-first marketing.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Planning: Support the development of Private Label and Business Unit brand strategies, aligning with quarterly and annual business plans.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee Private Label lifecycle, trademarks, and brand guidelines; optimise brand architecture and positioning.
• Marketing Activation: Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, lead media and digital campaigns, and manage annual marketing activity plans and budgets.
• Insights & Analysis: Leverage data and market insights to inform strategies and measure campaign ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

What You'll Bring

You're a strategic marketer with strong commercial acumen, a passion for building brands, and the ability to turn insights into compelling marketing initiatives. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and influencing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You'll also bring:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years in marketing or brand management.
• Strong campaign execution and hands-on activation experience.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical capability with experience leveraging insights to drive decisions and ROI.
