New National role, reporting to the CEO to lift and shape Dnister.
We are seeking a passionate, experienced person, preferably with Banking exposure to lead a small team, with a member focus to grow and reach out to our community.
In this role, you will:
- Improve member growth, satisfaction and retention
- Shape strategic planning for the team
- Implement a structured meeting cadence, defining clear meeting purposes, attendees and outcomes.
- Facilitate volunteers through organised programmes.
- Create, manage and present partnership impact reports quarterly.
- Create, Manage, Deliver and Report increases in product and services delivery.
- Shape communication that shines a light on what makes us known, trusted and chosen.
- Expand our reach across Ukrainian, Latvian and broader community segments in Australia
