Hero Sushi is a Sushi Takeaway and Restaurant brand operating approximately 50 stores across Australia, with most stores managed directly by headquarters. As we continue to expand, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team.

[Salary]

  • Adult (20+ years), Hourly Before Tax: $ Weekend x1.25 + Public Holiday x2.25 + Annual Leave + Sick Leave + Super 12.0%
  • Adult (21+ years), Hourly Before Tax: $ Weekend x1.25, Public Holiday x2.25 + Annual Leave + Sick Leave + Super 12.0%

After 2 weeks to 1 month of training, promotion to Second Manager ($ Sat x1.25, Sun x1.5) or Manager ($ Sat x1.25, Sun x1.5) will be considered based on work performance.

[Working Hours]

  • Minimum 38 hours per week (5 days/week) - Which means cannot apply student visa holder
  • Overtime will be paid for additional hours

[Responsibilities]

  • Sushi making and kitchen duties (Sushi experience preferred, solid kitchen experience required)
  • Customer service and management
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene
  • Stock control and daily operations responsibility
  • Team management, staff training, and supervision
  • Handling busy periods and resolving issues quickly

  • Hardworking and responsible
  • Flexible availability (any day, any time)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
