**About the role

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to Medical Oncology and Haematology/Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Medical Directors and Consultants to coordinate Registrar education and training in accordance with the policies and procedures of Cancer Care Services (CCS), Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital (RBWH), Metro North Health (MNH) Workforce Services, and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Possess a high level of written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to network, maintain and grow professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Assist Medical Directors and Consultants with the coordination of education programs, training, meetings, workshops, seminars, forums, and other events. This may include arranging attendance of participants, venue bookings, transport, travel, catering, sponsorship, and drafting and distributing relevant documents.

Maintain a database for educational activities, resources, and personnel.

Work closely with the Primary Health Network to provide relevant, updated information for dissemination through MNH.
