Construction Manager - Piling

We are representing a specialist piling contractor with a clear five-year growth plan. To support this vision, we're seeking an experienced Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager, to take a pivotal role in directing and driving the business forward.

This is not a typical CM position, it's a highly autonomous role where you'll have the scope to influence strategy, build capability, and help shape the company's future.

The Role

  • Lead and oversee piling projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.
  • Direct and mentor project teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to implement and deliver the five-year growth strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and business development.
  • Represent the business with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

About You

  • Strong background in piling.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing multiple projects and teams.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to contribute to strategic planning.
  • Confident decision-maker who thrives in an autonomous role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
