The role involves regular patrols, monitoring CCTV systems, responding promptly to alarms or incidents, and ensuring all entry points are secure. The ideal candidate will have excellent observation skills, a calm and confident demeanor under pressure, and strong communication abilities to liaise with building management and emergency services when required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure residents' safety and the security of all building areas.
  • Ensure all entry points, doors, and gates are securely locked or unlocked according to building schedules.
  • Provide friendly assistance and clear directions to residents and visitors to help them navigate the premises.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious behaviour, safety hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Prepare incident and activity reports for management when unusual events occur.
  • Communicate calmly, professionally, and effectively with residents, visitors, and emergency personnel at all times.
