We're seeking a reliable and professional Night Time Building Security Officer to join our team and safeguard our clients' premises after hours. The role involves regular patrols, monitoring CCTV systems, responding promptly to alarms or incidents, and ensuring all entry points are secure. The ideal candidate will have excellent observation skills, a calm and confident demeanor under pressure, and strong communication abilities to liaise with building management and emergency services when required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure residents' safety and the security of all building areas.
  • Ensure all entry points, doors, and gates are securely locked or unlocked according to building schedules.
  • Provide friendly assistance and clear directions to residents and visitors to help them navigate the premises.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious behaviour, safety hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Prepare incident and activity reports for management when unusual events occur.
  • Communicate calmly, professionally, and effectively with residents, visitors, and emergency personnel at all times.
