Limestone Natural Therapies Centre has been providing high quality Chiropractic, Massage and Natural Therapies to patients of Ipswich for over 30 years. We are currently a team of two Chiropractors, 3 Massage Therapists and two Reception/Chiropractic Assistants.

About the role

Are you a friendly, organised, and proactive individual with a passion for wellness and natural health? Limestone Natural Therapies Centre is seeking a motivated Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist to be the warm and welcoming face of our clinic. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive, health-focused team dedicated to making a positive difference in people's lives.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll manage front desk operations, support our practitioners, and help maintain a calm, professional and healing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth, empathy and professionalism
  • Manage appointments, phone inquiries, and patient records using our clinic software
  • Process payments and maintain daily financial records
  • Assist with clinic organisation, cleanliness, and stock levels
  • Support chiropractors and other practitioners with daily administrative needs
  • Promote a welcoming, caring environment aligned with our natural health values

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Confident with computers and scheduling software (training provided)
  • A team player with a calm, compassionate demeanour
  • Passion for natural health and wellness is a plus
  • Previous experience in healthcare, reception or customer service is highly regarded, but not essential.

The role is for an employee to work up to 22 hours per week at our Ipswich location. We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5.45 pm and Saturdays 7.30am-11am. The shifts would be:

Monday 7.45am to 12 Noon (lunch between 12.2pm) afternoon 2pm-6.15pm (paid for 9hrs)

Tuesday 7.45am to 12 Noon (lunch between 12.2pm) afternoon 2pm-6.15pm (paid for 9hrs)

(Every second Saturday) 7.15am to 11.15am (4 hours)

There would be times when the other Receptionist/CA is on holidays and we would ask you to do extra shifts.
