- Manage content ingest and archive restoration.
- Work a flexible 24/7 roster, including early and late shifts.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of edited material, escalating technical issues as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with editorial teams to maximise content quality and maintain strong working relationships.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute positively to a supportive team environment and uphold company policies.
- Tertiary qualifications in media, TV production, or communications.
- A foundational understanding of editing software; AVID Media Composer skills are an advantage.
- Solid technical knowledge of media file formats and compression.
- A proactive, positive, and flexible attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in television broadcasting.
- A keen interest in news, sport, and current affairs.
- Experience in a live television broadcast environment.
- Familiarity with computer networking and file-based delivery systems.
