About The Roles

We are looking for people who are genuinely invested in delivering exceptional guest experiences by creating incredible food every day. We are looking for:

·       CDP'sthroughout the venue

·       Great all-round chefs to work in all our spaces from fine dinning to events to our main dining space.

·       Cooks experienced cooks to support our kitchens across all service areas.

All roles will ensure the venue operates to optimum efficiency, whilst leading a team of passionate professionals. You will be a dedicated manager and a highly committed hospitality professional. Candidates will be able to:

·       Demonstrated management experience within high volume, fast paced environment

·       Exceptional cooking skills with a guest focused mentality

·       Passionate about cooking incredible food everyday

·       Dedicated to building an exceptional team and extremely positive attitude

·       Highly adaptable and able to perform and lead in high-pressure service periods

·       Exceptional organisation & time management

·       Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations of a large scale fast paced operation

·       Exceptional communication and presentation

·       Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts

·       Follow all Venue SOS and SOPs

·       Must be trade qualified and have at least 12 months of relevant experience or if not trade qualified, at least 3 years of relevant experience.

·       Must have experience with budgets and drafting menus (within specific section of expertise)

·       Computer literate

·       Experience in the following platforms:

o   Cooking The Books - Inventory Management System

o   LightSpeed - POS

o   Tanda - Rostering Template
