About the Role
In this key support role, you'll ensure the smooth, accurate and timely execution of transportation activities across APAC. Reporting to the DC Locations Manager APAC, you will work closely with logistics, warehouse and customer service teams to keep freight moving and data precise.
You will take ownership of daily SAP S/4HANA TM tasks, support critical transportation processes, and contribute to the ongoing performance and efficiency of our operations.
What You'll Do
Perform day-to-day SAP S/4HANA TM system activities, including freight order creation, shipment tracking and carrier communication
Maintain accurate transportation data (routes, schedules, freight costs and more)
Monitor transportation execution and resolve basic system or process issues
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse and customer service teams to ensure on-time deliveries
Generate reports and dashboards to track and optimise transportation performance
Follow established SOPs, escalating issues when required

Experience & Qualifications
- Prior experience using SAP S/4HANA TM or similar transportation/logistics systems
- Basic understanding of transportation and logistics processes
