How you can help us in this role:
  • Supervise and coordinate the successful installation of A-SAFE Barriers, Bollards and Asset protection.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and site plans for accurate barrier placement
  • Liaise with warehouse, TST, sales, clients and subcontractors to successfully plan out future work and project future workload.
  • Qualify and onboard, manage documentation and train new subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including material used labor hours and work completion reports.
  • Mange on-site inventory, tools, safety equipment.
  • Conduct site inspections for large projects periodically and complete final inspections at job completion to assess work and sign off on final as build drawings.
  • Provide Operations and maintenance manuals and as built drawings to client
  • Liaising with the Technical Service Team for handovers of large projects, ensure installation drawings and as built drawings are provided to the key parties.
  • Providing customer information is necessary to prepare quotations & also market information.

Essential Skills

  • Strong leadership Skills
  • Experience with end-to-end business (supply to install)
  • Contractor Management
  • Intermediate CAD Knowledge
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings and site plans
  • Proven track record of managing multiple job locations nationally (3+years)
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders

Desirable Skills

  • Relevant product knowledge
  • Project Management (Diploma or higher)
  • Workplace Health and Safety system knowledge & experience
  • Ideally within a related market
  • Ability to travel Nationally as required
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Previous experience with SiteDocs
  • Trade qualifications
