Eastern Creek, Australia Hot Stuff Saunas Pty Ltd Full time

**Your Role Will Include**:

- The safe delivery, transportation, installation, disassembling and maintenance of infrared saunas.
- Address, problem solve and resolve any sauna operational issues.
- Manage and train assistant technicians.
- Being responsible for a company work van by scheduling maintenance, services, repairs and cleaning.
- Communication with customers and our internal Operations team.
- Documenting all installations, pick ups, maintenance, issues and repairs.
- Communication with our 3rd Party Logistics company to coordinate stock going in and out of the warehouse.
- Conduct site assessments to determine if the location is suitable for the sauna.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of installed and rental saunas.
- Handing over installed saunas to customers.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Preferred experience in delivery, installation, or similar fields, but most importantly eager to learn and show initiative.
- Basic mechanical aptitude; able to use tools and handle physical work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Location**: Our operation is currently operating out of Eastern Creek, NSW.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
