We're currently seeking an experienced installer to join our dynamic and growing team. If you have hands-on experience with louvre systems, opening roofs, blinds, and awnings — or if you're an eager and reliable offsider looking to advance your skills in this field — we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation of louvred systems, opening roofs, blinds, and awnings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Interpret and execute technical drawings, plans, and specifications to meet architectural standards.
  • Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure timely, high-quality installations.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine the best installation approach.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and compliance with all regulations.
  • Provide maintenance, service, and repair for existing systems when required.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and apply effective, long-term solutions.
  • Accurately record materials, time, and tools used during each project.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years carpentry experience or 1+ year installation experience (louvres, roofs, blinds, or awnings).
  • Solid understanding of installation methods, materials, and technical best practices.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and capable of working under deadlines.
  • Must hold a current driver's licence and be able to travel between job sites.
  • Own tools required.
