As an Active Ageing Volunteer, you'll work alongside our dedicated Health and Fitness Promoters to encourage and support residents in their fitness activities. Whether it's encourag residents to participate in personal workouts or assisting with group fitness sessions, your involvement will help residents work towards their individual health goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Encourage Participation: Support residents in engaging with both personal and group fitness activities.
  • Provide Motivation: Help residents stay motivated, work towards their personal goals, and celebrate their progress.
  • Foster Healthy Ageing: Promote strength exercises and physical activity as essential components of healthy ageing.

Every moment you contribute, no matter how brief, will profoundly enrich the lives of our residents.
