About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at Travel Associates Toronto as a Travel Advisor. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and tailoring unique travel experiences for our discerning clients. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Toronto, NSW office, but will have the flexibility to work remotely when required.

What you'll be doing

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
  • Research and recommend unique travel itineraries and packages to meet client needs
  • Book flights, accommodation, tours and other travel arrangements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destinations and travel products
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and best practices
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 12 months' experience as a Travel Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the tourism/hospitality industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Confident in using learning and using travel booking systems and technology
  • Passion for travel and a broad knowledge of global destinations and travel products
  • Relevant travel, tourism or hospitality qualifications would be highly regarded
