We are looking for Part time team members to join us at World Square locations.
Availability: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Please apply only if you are available for at least 3 out of the 5 days listed above for full-day availability.
About the Role:
- Be an ambassador for the Brand and at all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image
- Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target
- Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Understand and contribute to help store achieve targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory
- Perform and abide to all Operational Procedures
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's display)
About You:
- A passionate Brand Ambassador who represents Venchi with pride and professionalism
- Possess a pleasant personality with a positive, energetic, and proactive attitude
- Responsible, service-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Italian or spoken Mandarin is highly advantageous
- Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work rights visa with at least 12 months remaining
