**Gami Chicken at World Square, Sydney CBD**

We are looking for an enthusiastic kitchen hand to join our team and prepare delicious meals according to our menu. You will be preparing awesome Korean Fried Chicken and other Korean dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery. Training will be provided to help you succeed in preparing the meals according to our recipes and instructions. If you are passionate, respectful, accountable, organised, resilient and willing to follow instructions, you will succeed.

**Location**: Gami World Square, Sydney CBD.

**Position**: Casual/ Part Time/ Full time (options available).

**Hours**: 8+ hours, could be more depending on experience and skill

**Responsibilities**
- Set up the kitchen with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients to be used in cooking
- Cook food according to the chef's direction
- Preparing food on the plate with the right garnishing and presentation before sending it out.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment in the kitchen
- Maintain impeccable personal hygiene and cleanliness
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

**Requirements**:

- Experience in working within a fast-paced commercial kitchen
- Experience with hot oil fryers
- Great work ethics and attitude
- Cleanliness and personal hygiene
- Professionalism, Passion, and Enthusiasm
- Respectful towards the work environment, your colleague, the management team, rules & instructions, and most importantly, our customers
