We are currently seeking a well-presented, motivated Office Junior to join our professional team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in a professional office environment, with a strong focus on reception duties in the long term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Manage diaries and make client appointments
  • General administrative support including data entry, scanning, and document preparation
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Provide support to various departments as needed

  • Well-presented with a professional and positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general office equipment
