Flood Restoration Australia provides a comprehensive restoration service in the event of storm, flood, and fire damage. We understand the immediate impact of these catastrophic events on property, which places significant burdens on insurers, owners, tenants, and property managers. Our expertise lies in structural drying, sub-floor drying, and major loss event restoration with state-of-the-art equipment. Available 24/7, we also offer services such as mold remediation, crime and trauma clean-up, and meth lab decontamination. Our clientele ranges from insurance companies, builders-commercial, residential, government bodies, council sites to name a few customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator based in Braeside, VIC. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing restoration projects, coordinating with clients and team members, ensuring timely and efficient project completion, and maintaining project documentation. The role also involves liaising with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
  • Experience in Restoration, Construction, or related fields
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in restoration projects
  • Flexibility to respond to emergencies and work outside of regular hours
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different project sites
