We are seeking a dynamic Client Liaison Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between our organisation and some key stakeholders, primarily property owners, builders, maintenance teams and support providers. This role requires exceptional communication skills, project coordination and administrative skills, with a focus on delivering and maintaining excellent customer service.

**Main Responsibilities include**:

- **Client Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, particularly during the building journey (with their respective builder) and the handover process from builder to us. Ensuring efficient customer relations, and maintaining customer satisfaction standards is a priority.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate and manage resources and processes across multiple jobs. Review and communicate timelines and monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with client expectations. You will also need to report on client satisfaction with projects and suggest process change as a result.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications and project milestones. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients.
- **Client Satisfaction**: Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all client interactions, promptly addressing enquiries, resolving complaints or resolving problems, and exceeding client expectations whenever possible.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to property owners and NDIS participants.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
