Industrial Electrician

We are seeking to employ an experienced, pro-active industrial electrician with plastic manufacturing experience located in the Western suburbs of Adelaide. Trident Plastics manufactures in waste management, proprietary products, niche automotive and various other components.

You will be reporting directly to the General Manager of Manufacturing and will be working closely with the production team.

As an industrial electrician your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

· Implementation of WHS practices.

· Attending and resolving breakdowns in a timely manner

· Provide high level electrical and Technical Support

· Implementing preventative and predictive maintenance practices

· Utilising tools and methodologies to trouble shoot reoccurring issue

· Assisting with machine and process upgrades

· Working with various stakeholders to improve equipment reliability

· General Electrical Work

To be considered for this role you will need at a minimum the following skills.

· A Grade license with a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience.

· Experience with computerized monitoring systems

· Experience with PLC and complex process equipment

· Commitment to quality, attention to detail & effective documentation

· Proven ability in delivering results to the business within the required period of time and of the utmost quality


• Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights


• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (plastic industry experience highly regarded)
