St Joseph's Nudgee College is looking for an IT & Classroom AV Support Officer to join our dedicated IT/AV team in a full-time, continuing role (start date negotiable for the right candidate).

This is a hands-on, dynamic role where no two days are the same. From keeping classroom and AV technology running smoothly to supporting staff and students with devices, networks, and software, you'll be at the heart of our learning community.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing helpdesk and user support
  • Setting up and maintaining classroom and AV technology
  • Managing devices and software
  • Assisting with basic network and cybersecurity support
  • Supporting printers and peripherals
  • Maintaining inventory and asset management
About you
  • Experience managing and maintaining desktops and applications
  • Knowledge of Chrome and Apple device setup, management, and deployment (JAMF experience a bonus)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills
  • A team player who thrives in a school environment built on collaboration and service
