The Role

With the ongoing expansion of our business, Spectra-Ingenuity is seeking expressions of interest for entry level candidates who can demonstrate a positive attitude to a safe work environment, a strong work ethic along with a positive mental attitude who are interested in a new career in the Energy Industry in Australia.

Training will be provided as part of working in a two-week on, two-week off field-based roster cycle, based out of Toowoomba.

The role is open to candidates who have no current experience but are looking for a long-term career path in the onshore Australian Energy Industry.

This position will be hands-on, based in Toowoomba and includes remote field work and occasional workshop/yard work.

The successful candidates will have:


• A proactive and positive attitude towards safe work procedures


• A willingness to embrace a new opportunity and develop a long-term career path


• Ability to work away from home in a roster-based role in differing work environments, in all weather conditions


• Entry level experience in the oil and gas industry


• Mechanical aptitude


• Manual drivers licence, class C


• HR or higher truck licence, or a willingness to obtain


• Forklift licence, or a willingness to obtain
