Throughout Australia, Wild Desert remains one of the leading providers of well servicing rigs, transport operations and mobile camps to the oil and gas industry.

We currently have approximately 50 team members across our maintenance and trades teams working across Queensland and South Australia. As we have grown, we are seeking an experienced NDT Technician to join the Wild Desert team on a friendly 2/2 roster working across all operations

The NDT Technician will be responsible for conducting NDT testing and inspection work along with creating, controlling, monitoring and reviewing NDT inspection reports and work schedules across the Wild Desert Rig fleet.

Essential Requirements:

  • PCN/AINDT ISO 9712 Level 2 Certification in Ultrasonic Testing
  • PCN/AINDT ISO 9712 Level 2 Certification in Eddy Current Testing
  • PCN/AINDT ISO 9712 Level 2 Certification in Magnetic Particle Testing
  • Manual Drivers licence

Desired Requirements:

  • 4WD Training
  • LR Licence
