Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Promote the current product portfolio and support the rollout of new or value-added solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact (in-person, phone, and email).
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver strong technical and commercial support.
  • Travel as needed to engage with clients and support national business development.
  • Provide regular reports on customer interactions, market trends, and account performance.

About You – Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Science or Chemistry (essential); candidates with strong technical knowledge are highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive commercial success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Willing and able to travel locally and nationally as needed.
