Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Functions & Night Operations Assistant, based in Adelaide, SA. The role involves assisting in the setup, operation, and pack-down of events, ensuring smooth evening operations and high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and team members, managing the general operations of events, and addressing guest inquiries. The Assistant will also ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and contribute to maintaining the professional standards of the venue, both during events and night operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and packing down furniture, dance floors and equipment for functions
  • Assisting in the general organisation and reset of venue spaces overnight
  • Providing support in our gaming room, which operates until 5:00am
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

What we're looking for:

  • Someone with a great work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving heavy items
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • RSA and Gaming Badge are a bonus (or willingness to obtain)
  • This is a Full-Time position with overnight shifts. Prior hospitality or event setup experience is highly regarded but not essential
