About The Terrace:

About the Role
As a Night Auditor, you'll be the face of the hotel during the overnight shift, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and welcoming experience. From check-in to check-out, you'll handle guest interactions with warmth and professionalism, while also managing key financial and operational responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

•    Greet guests with a warm welcome and a friendly farewell

•    Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, and overnight guest needs

•    Accurately process daily transactions and complete night audit procedures

•    Ensure all revenue is correctly posted and discrepancies are resolved

•    Liaise with accounts and other departments to maintain smooth operations

•    Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and urgency

•    Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service

•    Support other departments including Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance

•    Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, and special events

Skills & Experience:

•    A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

•    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

•    Proficiency in hotel management systems and night audit functions

•    A solid understanding of OH&S and WH&S guidelines

•    Flexibility to work overnight shifts and assist across departments as needed
