About The Terrace:
At The Terrace Hotel Adelaide, experience pure comfort and tranquillity in a picturesque location on the southern edge of the city centre. The South Parklands are just opposite our hotel, with stunning views from higher level rooms extending towards the Adelaide Hills and Mount Lofty on the east and towards the Gulf Saint Vincent on the west.

About the Role
As a Night Auditor, you'll be the face of the hotel during the overnight shift, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and welcoming experience. From check-in to check-out, you'll handle guest interactions with warmth and professionalism, while also managing key financial and operational responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

•    Greet guests with a warm welcome and a friendly farewell


•    Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, and overnight guest needs


•    Accurately process daily transactions and complete night audit procedures


•    Ensure all revenue is correctly posted and discrepancies are resolved


•    Liaise with accounts and other departments to maintain smooth operations


•    Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and urgency


•    Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service


•    Support other departments including Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance


•    Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, and special events

Skills & Experience:

•    A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction


•    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


•    Proficiency in hotel management systems and night audit functions


•    A solid understanding of OH&S and WH&S guidelines


•    Flexibility to work overnight shifts and assist across departments as needed
