This leading Australian law firm is in an exciting time of growth and continuing to attract the top talent. With a busy practice, they are now looking to add an experience Senior Associate as a key senior member of their Employment and Workplace team.
Working directly with an experienced, award winning partner, who is one of Australia's leading employment lawyers, you will provide commercially focused advice to both private and public sector clients on a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, remuneration and benefits, as well as disputes.
You will have a solid background in employment law with at least 4 years PQE acquired from a large law firm or inhouse legal team. Perhaps you are feeling stuck working in a large team with nowhere to go, or it could be you're reached a ceiling and feel ready for a step up.
As well as "top tier" quality work, this firm places high importance on the training and development of its lawyers, has a thriving pro bono practice, and as it prefers to promote from within, a proven track record for advancing career progression
