THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Print Room Specialist to join our team at our prestigious client site in the Perth CBD. 

In this highly visible role, you will be the face of our services – making sure all operations run smoothly with efficiency, professionalism and care. We are looking for someone who will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, while being a team player and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders. Any experience in Mail/ Courier administration and record management will be highly desirable. 

Please note – this is a 100% onsite role, based in Perth's CBD, covering a standard 7.5-hour shift between 9:30am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless, high-quality print, mail and records management services as part of an onsite team.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Recommend cost effective, creative solutions to meet design, print and quality needs
  • Prioritise and track customer requests – ensuring deadlines and service levels are consistently met.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive smarter, faster service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A quick learner with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic setting.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office software skills
  • Experience in digital print operations 

Highly desirable skills 

  • Experience in digital print room ideally in a corporate/professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of Content Manager or similar Electronic Document & Records Management Systems (EDRMS).
  • Any experience in Mail/Courier administration and Records Management.
