About the Role – What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver A+ Service – Create a warm and welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Show Off Your Retail Smarts – Use your stock control and merchandising skills to keep our store looking its absolute best.

Lead and Inspire – Take charge of recruitment, training, and development while motivating your team to shine.

Keep Us On Track – Ensure ordering, invoicing, and catalogue execution are completed on time and to the group standards.

About You – What We're Looking For:

A natural leader who loves developing and supporting their team

Experience in retail management (pharmacy experience is a bonus, but not essential)

Strong organisational skills to juggle stock, orders, and promotions

A big smile and genuine love for delivering excellent customer service
