Warehouse Stock Operative - Bridgwater - £24,453

Responsibilities- This is a full time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Bridgwater.
- Audit the inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
- Audit picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
- Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
- Maintain integrity of stock records at all times.
- Ensure productivity levels meet customer expectations.
- Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment to ensure stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate. Activities may vary and you may work across goods inbound checks, picker accuracy audits and load adherence checks, involving periods of manual handling.

- Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
- Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.
- Full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Bridgwater.
- Week employs 37.5 hours per week plus daily 30-min unpaid break.
- Shift Patterns: Tuesday-Saturday, 8 hour shifts between 6am-7pm.
- Working environment: Chilled.
- Full driving licence and own transport required.
