Occupational Therapist

• Graduate to Intermediate Candidates (0-5years) will expect a salary range of $85,000 to $110000.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy services for adults and children with developmental needs.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families, teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain compliance with NDIS standards and prepare detailed, goal-oriented reports.
• Stay at the forefront of pediatric OT and practices to drive clinical excellence.

About our Occupational Therapists:

• A motivated Occupational Therapist with at least 2+ years of experience and expertise in pediatrics.
• Graduate OTs: Must have graduated in the last 12 months or graduated in 2025 and experience in a clinic or community setting as part of your internship.
• Committed to high clinical standards and continuous professional development.
• Skilled in fostering positive relationships with families and colleagues.
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPRA registration.
• A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance
• National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check &/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain these).
• First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain
• Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail
