What You Bring

  • Solid experience leading projects on site from early works through to handover, with a strong track record delivering successful outcomes.
  • A deep understanding of the detail and complexity involved in high-end residential or Commercial construction and a genuine passion for design-driven projects.
  • The ability to foster strong relationships with site teams, consultants and subcontractors, building a culture that's collaborative, high-energy and focused on excellence.
  • A leadership style that's clear, hands-on and focused on driving programme, lifting performance and setting the standard on site.
  • A relentless focus on safety and quality, ensuring your site runs to the highest standards at all times.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented site that reflects the level of finish expected on a Graya project.
  • Sharp commercial instincts with the confidence to make smart, timely decisions that support delivery outcomes.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with design, delivery and office-based teams.
  • Confidence in sequencing and coordinating trades, managing subcontractors and keeping programme moving forward.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to stay steady when plans evolve.
