At Wonder Garden, we are looking for dynamic team members to join our traineeship program.

What we are looking for:

  • Applicants that are over 18 years of age and have a valid working with children check (WWCC)
  • Strong work ethic and team spirit
  • Passion for supporting young children's growth and development
  • Ability to build nurturing relationships with children and families
  • Commitment to creating safe, stimulating learning environments

About the Traineeship:

  • This is an 18-month program
  • Mentoring and support from experienced educators
  • Regular study time scheduled within your work roster
  • Career pathways available for successful trainees

No prior experience required, just bring your enthusiasm and commitment to grow
