About the Role

As a Cook, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Prepare, cook, and present menu items to a consistently high standard.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen at all times.
  • Assist with stock rotation and storage.
  • Follow all food hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Work effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy service periods.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Cook.
  • Food Safety Supervisor certification is desirable.
  • HACCP & food safety knowledge.
  • Experience managing stock control and costs.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for hospitality
