At Carbon Reducers, we're passionate about helping Aussie households and businesses reduce their energy bills while making a positive environmental impact. We specialise in providing high-quality solar panel systems and energy-efficient air conditioning solutions under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program and other government incentives.

We're expanding fast and are looking for driven, confident, and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our growing team

What We're Looking For

  • Sales experience (solar, HVAC, or door-to-door preferred, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if field-based)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting face-to-face or phone-based consultations with residential and commercial customers
  • Educating customers on the benefits of solar energy and high-efficiency air conditioning systems
  • Promoting products and government rebate programs such as VEU
  • Preparing and delivering sales proposals tailored to the client's energy needs
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Following up on leads provided and generating new ones through outreach and networking

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
