Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold & warm calls to property owners using provided lists.
  • Effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
  • Set appointments for property appraisals with our experienced agents.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Utilise provided training and scripts to enhance communication.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in outbound call centres is essential.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Confidence in setting appointments and achieving targets.
  • Hunger for success and motivation to earn uncapped commissions.
