Leonard Homes is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a motivated and personable **Sales Consultant** to help local families build their dream homes. You’ll be based in **Brisbane East/North**, with our new **Display Home opening later this year**in Brisbane East.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Sell **new homes** - both project and custom builds
- Work with **House & Land agents** and **local real estate agents** to generate opportunities
- Prepare and price **house & land packages**:

- **Follow up leads**, nurture prospects, and guide clients all the way to **contract signing**:

- Maintain strong **relationships with land developers**:

- Manage and operate our **Display Home (Wed-Sun)**

**About You**
- Outgoing and self-driven, with a desire to **achieve and grow**:

- Strong communicator who builds rapport easily
- Sales experience essential - **experience in housing or property highly regarded**:

- Reliable, organised, and eager to be part of a growing brand

**The Offer**
- **Base salary + commissions** (negotiable based on experience)
- Full-time role**:Wednesday to Sunday, 9am-5pm** (Mon-Tues off)
- Join a dynamic builder delivering both **project and custom homes**

Pay: $50,000.00 - $167,810.67 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
- Signing bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
