What you'll be doing

  • Creating accurate, detailed shop drawings for both commercial and residential projects.
  • Interpreting architectural and interior design plans with precision and flair.
  • Processing drawings into machine files for CNC production via Enroute.
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, production, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Revising and updating drawings based on feedback, ensuring all outputs meet industry standards.

What we're looking for

  • Preferably 5+ years experience in Pytha CAD (or other CAD software with willingness to learn Pytha).
  • Experience in CNC file preparation via Enroute.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and custom joinery (trade qualification desirable).
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
